What services do we offer?

When you are engaging in a Commercial deal, you want the security of knowing that the deal will be progressed. Simply put, where we can do so, we will get the deal done for you. However, not all deals are as good as they are initially perceived to be and if we think that overall it is not a good deal for you, we will tell you. That enables you to make a commercial decision as to what you want to do. Where it is a viable deal, we don’t waste time (because time is money), we concentrate on the key components of the deal and we get it over the line. Although we enjoy being lawyers, we obtain more enjoyment in assisting our clients achieve what they set out to achieve.

Whilst it will never be ‘our’ deal, we will treat it as if it was our money or our deal. You will know the risk from the onset because we will talk to you on a straightforward basis.

We are experts at corporate transactions with typical deal range being between £500k to £5million. It is as a team what we do (about 200 a year) and we do it very well.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
