Neusha is a Trainee Solicitor, currently undertaking seats in litigation, employment and corporate as part of her professional training. In the litigation department, Neusha predominantly dealt with commercial and chancery matters, alongside acting for landlords in respect of possession proceeding claims. Having undertaken 2 of her compulsory seats, Neusha is currently ‘sat’ in her Commercial / Corporate seat where she is acting for a wealth of different clients and assisting on matters such as the purchase or sale of businesses, drafting of shareholder agreements, reviewing and drafting of terms and conditions. Neusha graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a 2.1 in 2014 and graduated from De Montfort University with a distinction in June 2018, having completed her Legal Practice Course. Neusha won the Irwin Mitchell Prize for best overall performance on her LPC
Neusha is due to qualify into the litigation department in March 2018 and is working towards completing her Higher Rights of Audience course.
